No creases or smudges!) ‘shadow liner.’ It’s basically your traditional eye color pen, except the other end has a brush that makes it super easy to quickly smudge and diffuse the color. Plus, other creamy formulas aren’t designed for long-wear, so they tend to disappear quickly. Not this one.”
