Privacy
  1. M BEAUTY Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK. The purpose of this statement is to explain to you what personal information we collect and how we may use it.
  2. We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons unless you give us your prior consent to do so.
  3. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation.

    We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it. In order to maintain the accuracy of our database, you can check, update or remove your personal details by unsubscribing from any of the re-marketing we send to you at any time.
  4. We will not transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) without first obtaining your consent.

Returns

When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period when you can return your unopened / unused goods without any penalty. Our cooling off period is 7 days, which includes any statutory cooling off period.

This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from us saying we have dispatched your order) and ends 7 days after the day following delivery of the goods.

Return by post
The card you used to pay will be refunded on receipt of goods, provided they are returned in the same condition as when you received them ie unopened / unused.

What you need to do:
Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of the dispatch note you received with your order into the parcel. For refunds: once we have assessed the items, the money will be put back on to the credit/debit card that was used to place the order online. For exchanges: you will need to contact us by e-mail: orders@eyeko.com

We don’t offer return shipping on orders with free delivery. However, we will refund any shipping costs paid.

My order hasn't arrived, what shall I do?

Please allow 2 to 5 working days for all UK orders, up to 5 to 10 working days for EU orders and up to 14 to 28 working days for all international orders.

After this time if you have not received your order please contact orders@eyeko.com quoting your order number and full postal address.

Does Eyeko test its products on animals?

We are against animal testing.

We do not test on animals, not even our raw ingredients. Nor do we support any companies who test on animals. We do not sell in China and our suppliers do not test.

To guarantee delivery of in-stock items in time for Christmas (25th December 2017), please follow the dates below:

UK

  • UK Standard Delivery: December 19th, 2017 (by 12pm GMT)
  • UK Next Day Delivery (for orders over £30): December 20th, 2017 (by 12pm GMT)

Only available for Bespoke Mascara:

  • London Same Day: Friday December 22nd, 2017 (by 12pm GMT)
  • UK Next day delivery: December 21st, 2017 (by 12pm GMT)

Europe

US

If you do not require your delivery in time for Christmas, we will be shipping orders on the 28th and 29th of December 2017.

There will be no UK or International shipments made between 30th December 2017 – January 2nd, 2018. Normal shipping will resume on January 3rd, 2018.
