How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Shipping via TNT within the UK can take up to 7 working days and up to 28 working days for all countries outside of the UK.

My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Please allow 28 working days for receipt of your order before contacting us. If it still has not arrived then please contact us at orders@eyeko.com with your order number, name and address.

How do I use a discount code?

Discount codes must be entered into the discount code box, all other codes are to be entered into the special comments box. Only one promotional code is valid per order. Codes are only valid on orders over £15/€18/US$20.

How do I claim a free gift with my order?

Orders over £15/€18/US$20 are eligible for a free gift when an Eyeko Ambassador code is used but not in conjunction with any other code or promotion.

Why didn’t I receive my free Ambassador gift?

Ambassador gifts are only valid with orders over £15/€18/ US$20 before shipping costs are added. Orders using other promotional/discount codes will not receive an Ambassador gift.

Does Eyeko test its products on animals?

No, we are against animal testing.
